About us

Pioneerism, recognition and vanguardism

Peck Advogados has a multidisciplinary team with solid technical and legal training that makes a huge difference in the more strategic understanding of the challenges faced by companies that use digital technologies and services. His lawyers are thoroughly familiar with platforms, software and IT, and have contributed to the new regulations in the industry.

Since its founding by Dr. Patricia Peck in 2004 when the regulation of Digital Law was beginning, the office develops research and update works that have resulted in 18 works on the subject that are now a reference for the High Courts and their prominent ministers, as well as judges and legislators from all levels, with Dr Leandro Bissoli, Sandra Tomazi, Marcio Chaves, Caroline Teófilo and Marcelo Crespo as their main partners.

As the Internet has no borders and digital businesses are already born global, the office has a strong international presence, which enables it to meet the demands of companies in Brazil and abroad. For all this, the office is leading the debates on the need to include Brazil in the scenario of international regulation of topics on intellectual property, privacy and data protection, so that its clients have access to global best practices and a doctrine applied to the Brazilian reality.
