This Patricia Peck Pinheiro Law Firm’s Portal is an Internet site that was developed to facilitate and expand the office relationship with clients, Digital Law enthusiasts and citizens in general, trying to understand how to harmonize the law and digital resources are increasingly present in everyone’s life.

1 The Portal provides legal, and related to, information and communication technology for free and independent of previous register contents to be accessed successfully most of the features offered. So you can visit the Portal without the need for registration or providing personal information.

2 However, the spontaneous and consciously enter registration data or personal information in the forms available on our Portal, you signify your express consent for us to:

  • Know who you are;
  • Comply with a court order or administrative request;
  • Defending our interests in administrative or judicial proceedings;
  • Contact for any traditional or digital channel, if necessary or if requested;
  • Improve our content and services;
  • Achieving our mission;
  • Analyze your information in identifiable form and not for statistical purposes;
  • Use technology resources to better understand their preferences and needs through its navigation (for example cookies) and in order to personalize and customize your digital experience with us.

8 Patricia Peck Pinheiro Law Firm’s may, for auditing purposes and preservation of rights, remain with the data record and information of users for a maximum period of 5 (five) years, possessing the ability to permanently delete them according to their convenience.

8.1 The minimum guard time for records of activities in this Portal is six (6) months, according to legal provision of the Civil Rights Framework for Internet in Brazil, Law 12.965 of 2014, Article 15.

9 Considering that no security system is absolutely safe, Patricia Peck Pinheiro Law Firm disclaims any liability for any damages and / or losses arising from errors, viruses or intrusions from the database of the Portal, except in cases where it has fraud or negligence.

General Provisions:

10 This Privacy Policy shall be interpreted under Brazilian law, the Portuguese language, being elected the Courts of the city of São Paulo in São Paulo in any dispute, question or concern supervening, with express waiver of any other for more privileged.

11 The provisions of this Privacy Policy may be updated or modified at any time, leaving users to check it whenever affecting access to the Portal.

Users: People who access or interact with the activities offered by the Portal.

Web beacons: Lines of programming in HTML pages that are intended to get details of user navigation, like how long it took the site open, which then address visited, among others.
