1 The goal of the Peck Law Firm’s Portal
1.1 This Portal was developed to facilitate and expand the office relationship with clients, students, enthusiasts of Digital Law and society in general, trying to understand how to harmonize the law and digital resources, each time more presents in everyone’s life.

5.1 Peck Law Firm may contact or submit content to Portal’s users who wish to receive information related to their mission. Therefore, it is essential that users provide correct and accurate information, and keep them updated.

8.6 The withdrawal of any content or feature of this Portal as a result of a complaint should always be understood as a demonstration of our intent to avoid troubles and never as a recognition of guilt or any breach of the rights of third party by Patricia Peck Pinheiro Law Firm.
8.7 If you submit content or ideas for Peck Law Firm through the Portal or disclosed by it relates to ideas for new products or services, enhancements of existing ones, publicity campaigns or any other actions of marketing channels, they will be property of Peck Law Firm, nothing can be claimed in this sense, especially pecuniary reward for what was sent or revision in models used.
